Code of Conduct for Fine Art Nude Photography

At the heart of fine art nude photography is dignity, trust, and respect. This studio is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and care for every individual who steps in front of the lens.

**Respect for the Individual**
Every model and client is respected as a person first—valued with the same regard as one would extend to a daughter, a mother, or any human being deserving of dignity and honor. There is no objectification—only appreciation for the human form as art.

**Personal Space and Boundaries**
Personal space will be respected at all times. The photographer will never touch a model or client under any circumstance unless explicitly requested by them for assistance, such as adjusting wardrobe or positioning details.

**Consent and Comfort**
Clear communication and ongoing consent are essential. The model or client maintains full control over their comfort level throughout the session, and their voice is always prioritized and respected.

**Non-Judgmental Environment**
This is a judgment-free space. Every individual is welcomed without criticism, comparison, or bias. All bodies, identities, and expressions are honored equally.

**Confidentiality and Privacy**
Absolute discretion is maintained. All images, conversations, and personal details are treated with strict confidentiality unless explicit permission is granted for sharing.

**Empowerment and Self-Esteem**
The experience is designed to uplift, empower, and celebrate each individual. The photographer is committed to fostering confidence and helping clients see themselves with pride and appreciation.

**Safety and Professionalism**
A safe, secure, and professional environment is maintained at all times. Every session is conducted with integrity, transparency, and care, ensuring that trust is never compromised.

This code reflects a commitment not only to artistic excellence, but to the well-being, respect, and empowerment of every person involved.
